Established over 10 years ago, the firm has built a strong and stable client base. It primarily works with financial vehicles such as Soparfis, Holdings, SPVs, and securitization vehicles.
Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to strengthen the team and independently manage the corporate governance of a portfolio. With no micromanagement, you will have the freedom to work autonomously in a trusted environment. At the same time, the management team remains highly accessible, allowing you to further develop your skills.

Your Responsibilities |CoSec – Finance – Law – Legal officer – Fiduciary
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio mainly composed of Soparfis and Holdings.
- You will be required to organize board meetings and maintain direct contact with clients.
- You will draft and review various documents, such as minutes, resolutions, agreements, and contracts, based on templates.
- You will oversee transaction follow-ups, ensuring their smooth execution.
Profile and Career Path | CoSec – Finance – Law – Legal officer – Fiduciary
- You have at least 7 years of experience as a corporate officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS, asset management), which will help you integrate smoothly into your new role.
- To ensure effective communication with third parties, clients, and colleagues, you are fluent in English.
- To properly manage your future portfolio, you have strong experience with Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs.
- A stable career path will demonstrate your commitment to joining a company for the long term, as well as your motivation to develop your knowledge and grow within the firm.

- You will earn a salary of up to €80,000 gross per year, ensuring a comfortable standard of living.
