This law firm, present in Luxembourg for a decade, is focused on fields such as litigation, M&A and Banking & Finance. Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Lawyer – Law firm – Legal

• You will be involved in Banking & Finance transactions, advising your clients on the structuring and execution of their financing operations.
• You will be on charge of the drafting and negotiation of finance and legal documents.
• You will work closely with partners on complex and international matters, benefiting from direct exposure and meaningful involvement.
• You will be in regular contact with clients and counterparties, coordinating efficiently with everyone throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• You may also contribute to the team’s development with a perspective to evolve as Counsel depending on your seniority.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance – Lawyer – Law firm – Legal

• You have at least 4 years of experience as Baking and Finance Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg allowing you to be fully autonomous within your position.
• You are fluent in English and French, facilitating daily communication with both your colleagues and clients.
• You are comfortable working in a collaborative team, where communication is direct and responsibilities are clearly shared.
• You are a committed lawyer, looking for a long-term opportunity offering stability, flexibility and realistic career progression.

• An annual gross salary that could reach 110 000€ depending on your experience and level of autonomy.
