The company has been operating in Luxembourg for more than a decade and forms part of a worldwide recognized network. With over 500 employees, it brings together professionals from a wide range of backgrounds and offers exposure to different types of clients and assignments. Its broad service offering covers accounting, tax, audit, domiciliation and corporate services, allowing teams to collaborate across different areas of expertise.

The Luxembourg office is located in a major business area, with easy access by public transport and parking options available nearby. Despite the scale of the organisation, the payroll department remains relatively close-knit, with fewer than 100 employees working together in a close-knit atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities | Payroll – Social – Fiduciary – Finance

• Take ownership of a portfolio of mainly German-speaking clients and act as their day-to-day point of contact.
• Coordinate the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring that calculations and procedures are accurate and compliant with Luxembourg legislation.
• Review the work carried out by less experienced team members and contribute to maintaining consistently high service standards.
• Assist colleagues with technical payroll questions and share your knowledge through internal training sessions.
• Handle broader social and employment-related matters alongside the payroll activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing practical and tailored solutions to their requests.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Payroll – Social – Fiduciary – Finance

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in payroll within a fiduciary, accounting firm or another comparable environment in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
• You have already worked with commercial clients, particularly SMEs. Experience with financial-sector clients would be an additional advantage.
• You are comfortable taking ownership of your work and managing several priorities simultaneously.
• You are organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering accurate work.

• A gross annual salary of up to €70,000, depending on your experience and technical expertise.
