Our partner has been established in Luxembourg for over 15 years and operates from a comfortable, modern office in the city center, offering clients a wide range of services, from accounting to corporate and compliance solutions. Their clients are primarily financial entities with an international presence in the European market, and they, too, are experiencing notable growth due to effective management and strategic positioning in the current economic climate.

Our client is also represented throughout Europe with additional offices, which provides enhanced exposure and the opportunity to work within diverse legal frameworks, enabling their clients to expand internationally while receiving expert guidance across multiple markets.

Your Responsibilities | Director - Accountancy -  Fiduciary – International – PFS

• As Head of Accounting, you will be responsible for reviewing reports and financial statements prepared by your team, and, if necessary, making adjustments before they are sent to clients.
• You should have the ability to propose new procedures to improve the efficiency of the team if you identify areas for optimization.
• This role requires you to ensure that established processes are being followed and that clients consistently receive high-quality service.
• You will manage the team’s annual performance review, providing feedback to each team member on their achievements and progress toward the goals set at the beginning of the year.
• You will be the primary point of contact for clients in cases where specific questions or situations require a higher level of expertise.
• Given your seniority and experience, you will also be expected to support your team by answering their questions and providing training on current accounting topics as needed.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Director - Accountancy -  Fiduciary – International – PFS

• For this role, our partner is seeking a candidate with at least seven years of experience in accounting, a majority of which needs to be acquired in Luxembourg.
• Given the international environment of this position, you should be fluent in English and Russian.
• To be considered, you should ideally hold a degree in Accountingor a related field.
• Proven experience with SOPARFI/SPVs in Real Estate and Private Equity is required. Experience with securitization vehicles will be considered a plus.
• To successfully lead this team, you must have prior experience in team management and strong interpersonal skills. <br>
  

Offer | Director - Accountancy -  Fiduciary – International – PFS

• For this role, our partner is prepared to offer a salary of up to €120,000 gross per year, reflecting your expertise and the value you bring to the team.
• In this role, you will also have the opportunity to continue your professional development by attending various internal and external training sessions, helping you to further enhance your skills.
• Our partner is also prepared to offer a discretionary bonus based on your individual performance and the performance of your team, to reward your contributions throughout the year.
