We are seeking to recruit a
Corporate Lawyer
to support our Corporate/M&A Department in Luxembourg.
Your tasks:
- Advise local and multinational clients on corporate matters and governance;
- Provide tailor made corporate advice and pragmatic innovative solutions in corporate matters as well as participate in M&A transactions;
- Draft , review and/or negotiate any type of contracts and/or corporate documents, from incorporation to liquidation;
- Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients or lawyers from international law firms to discuss about the corporate structures and means to implement them;
- Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues.
Your profile:
- Experience: Between 2 and 4 years as a lawyer in corporate law;
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Law - admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar would be an advantage;
- Languages: Fluent in English and French;
- Skills: Proactive, dynamic, team player and good communication skills.
