Help us deliver a seamless employee experience across Europe by:
- Preparing employment-related documents (contracts, amendments, certificates and HR letters)
- Supporting employee onboarding and HR administration processes
- Maintaining and updating employee data
- Assisting with leave and absence management activities
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR records

Contribute to the growth and development of our employees by:
- Coordinating training sessions and learning activities
- Managing registrations, attendance tracking and learning systems
- Organizing training logistics and communications

YOUR PROFILE
Â
You might be the perfect fit if you are:
Â
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's (final year) or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Curious about people, organizations and HR careers
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Additional European languages (Spanish, Italian or Dutch/Flemish) are a plus
