Mission

Within the IT department, the UX Design System Division is responsible for ensuring the consistency of applications developed at the CSSF, both in terms of user experience and interface design. As a cross-functional team, it supports the organisation’s digital projects by defining UX/UI standards and evolving a shared Design System used by several development teams.

As part of this final-year internship, you will join this team and contribute to the design of web applications focused on users’ needs. You will work closely with team members, developers, Business Analysts and business stakeholders to design interfaces that reconcile user expectations, business objectives and technical constraints, while ensuring a consistent experience across all CSSF applications.

You will also contribute to the evolution of our Design System and to the promotion of UX/UI best practices across the organisation.

This internship will give you the opportunity to work on real, concrete projects, from requirements analysis through to interface design and integration into our Design System.

Role & responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design of user experiences that meet business needs and user expectations
  • Create user journeys, wireframes/mock-ups and interactive prototypes
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our Design System
  • Collaborate with business teams, Business Analysts and developers throughout projects
  • Ensure the visual, functional and ergonomic consistency of applications.

Your profile

  • Final-year university student preparing for a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in UX Design, UI Design, Ergonomics/Human Factors, or a related field
  • Interest in the financial sector
  • Good command of French and/or English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in a design tool such as Figma
  • Knowledge of UX methodologies
  • Creative, curious and attentive to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to propose appropriate solutions
  • Good team spirit and strong communication skills.
