Role overview:
Our internship programme is aimed at students pursuing a Master's degree or holding an who would like to gain first-hand experience with a leading law firm.
We are offering paid internships of 3 to 6 months throughout the year in all our practice areas:
- Banking & finance
- Corporate
- Investment Funds
- Tax
During your internship, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting legal research;
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
- Supporting lawyers on a daily basis on a variety of tasks and clients cases;
- Contributing to knowledge management and sharing.

Essential skills and experience:
Experience
- You are currently preparing for a Master degree, degree in an English speaking country, a specialized Master's degree or a business management degree (HEC, ESCP, IEP, ESSEC, etc.);
- Preliminary experience gained through internships within a law firm is a strong advantage;
Skills
- Fluency in English and French is a must, German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
- An adaptable person who is eager to learn;
- A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels;
- Excellent legal analysis;
- Proactive commercial approach;
- Excellent communication skills, in particular confident to express yourself in ;
