We are looking for an Experienced Accountant for our client located in Windhof. This is a temporary contract with the potential for a permanent position in the long term.

- Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory accounting, including:
- Ensuring accurate inventory valuation (FIFO, NRV tests, and ICO unrealized profits)
- Managing inventory transactions and providing detailed analysis and reporting on inventory levels and costs
- Prepare statutory books according to local GAAP and management reports, as well as coordinate internal and external audits
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation (Master file, Local file) with the support of external consultants
- Monitor intercompany flows (particularly trading with India)
- Handle external reporting (Statistical reports, indirect taxes, VAT) and internal reporting
- Serve as backup for:
- Banking activities
- Third-party and intercompany invoicing
Your Profile:
- 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in an Accounting department
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional European languages (French, Italian, German) are a plus
- Experience with SAP-FI/-CO is a plus
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and requirements is an advantage
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong analytical mindset
- Proactive attitude with a hands-on approach
