Fit-Out Project Manager / Responsable de projets Fit-Out

We are currently supporting an international organisation in the search for a Fit-Out Project Manager to contribute to office and workplace infrastructure projects within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

This is a full-time assignment running until the end of 2028.

This opportunity could be for you if you:

• Have experience managing or coordinating office fit-out or workplace projects
• Have worked as a Project Manager on complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Have experience in environments such as IT, Facility Management, logistics or similar operational contexts
• Enjoy structuring projects, defining milestones and monitoring delivery
• Are comfortable coordinating internal teams and external vendors
• Appreciate working in international and collaborative environments

You will contribute to the coordination and follow-up of projects related to office environments and workplace infrastructure, supporting planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in project or programme management in office / workplace environments
• Experience managing complex transversal projects (e.g. IT, Facility Management, logistics or similar)
• Strong stakeholder coordination and organisational skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, PM2 or similar)
• Fluent English is required.
