Senior Associate Corporate

Tasks :

• You advise domestic and international clients on a wide array of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, group restructurings, financing operations, and venture-capital projects.
• You act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between clients, counterparties, and external providers.
• You prepare, analyse, and negotiate a variety of legal and corporate documentation, with particular focus on capacity assessments and enforceability opinions.
• You supervise and support junior team members, contributing actively to their skills development and progression.
• You plan and oversee legal research tasks to assist ongoing cases and client requests.
• You take part in the firm’s business development efforts, helping expand the practice and strengthen client relationships.

Profile :

• Possesses at least six years of professional experience in corporate law.
• Holds a Master’s degree in Law; admission to the Luxembourg Bar or another EU Bar is considered an advantage.
• Is fluent in both English and French, with strong drafting and communication skills in each language.
• Brings a dynamic, proactive mindset, enjoys working collaboratively, and shows strong interpersonal abilities.
