 We are currently looking for a:

 

Internship – Legal Department BNP Paribas Luxembourg Corporate and Institutional Banking (M/F)


6 months internship

 

You need to have an internship agreement form your university to do this internship.

The mission of Legal is to manage and anticipate legal risks within the BNP Paribas Group.

In view of the above, the Legal team works closely with the business and with the BNP Paribas Legal Community to anticipate future legal needs and to be an enabler to the business whilst at the same time managing the legal risks.

 

As trainee you will assist the Legal Counsels in:

 

  • Drafting and negotiating service agreements of the Bank acting as depositary bank and fund administrator
  • Advising on negotiations and transactions with investment funds, asset managers and insurance companies
  • Advising on transactions and transformations as well as on new products and services
  • Legal research and analyses
  • Advising and training on legislative developments impacting the bank

Your profile


For this internship, you should be in your master’s degree in law.

You should be able to read, write and speak in both English and French.
