Job Description:
As a Laboratory Technician Technologist/ Medical Technical Assistant, you will actively contribute to the smooth running of the patient journey in our technical platform located in Leudelange, within the "Fertility" department.
You will work within a young and motivated team, benefiting from the support of advanced digital solutions unique to Luxembourg.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performing and technically validating Medical Biology exams: spermogram, spermocytogram, TMS, MAR Test, oxidative stress test, sperm DNA fragmentation test, and sperm preparation for IUI,
- Managing the technical environment (maintenance, quality control, calibration, managing breakdowns, stock),
- Applying the laboratory’s quality process,
- Writing quality documents.
Desired Profile:
- BTS in Biological Analysis / State Diploma in Biomedical Analysis Technician (DETAB), laboratory MTA, laboratory technologist, or equivalent,
- Authorization to practice the profession in Luxembourg,
- Proficiency in the French language. Knowledge of English, German, and Luxembourgish is an additional advantage,
- A first experience in a reproductive biology department is preferred, but junior profiles are also accepted.
