ADEM (Public Employment Service in Luxembourg) has published its annual list of occupations facing severe labour shortages, highlighting the roles most sought after by recruiters, with very few suitable candidates available.

How is the list defined?

ADEM’s list of occupations facing severe labour shortages is updated during the first quarter of each year.
