The Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) at the University of Luxembourg contributes multidisciplinary expertise in the fields of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences and Medicine.

The Faculty's Department of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences (DHML) is dedicated to advancing health and improving quality of life through excellence in translational and clinical research, and in educating the next generation of health care professionals. Responsive to national health priorities and connected to international networks, our researchers address major challenges in human health - from fundamental discoveries to professional practice. For the coming years, the University of Luxembourg has set a strategic focus on medicine and health and is actively developing the teaching and research areas in these domains, creating exceptional opportunities in medical, biomedical and health care initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a central role for the DHML's Teaching unit, and lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Department's educational programmes. The candidate will focus on program development and revision initiatives, where he/she will contribute to and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational offerings as well as compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. The position requires close collaboration with programme directors, academic and administrative staff, students, the university's education quality office, and various administrative services.
Your role
- Support and mobilize resources required for the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of study programmes
- Define and execute the roadmap to deliver
- New study programmes and improvements thereof
- Projects associated with teaching evaluations/accreditations
- Transversal education enhancements
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative evaluation data and prepare reports and indicators to support data-driven decision making
- Support program directors and academic staff in interpreting results, defining improvement actions and driving educational innovation
- Coordinate education‑related projects, working groups, and committees
- Draft guidelines, reports, and communication materials related to teaching and learning quality
- Act as an interface between the department and central university education services
Your profile
- Master's degree in educational sciences, medical pedagogy, health sciences, management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a higher education environment
- Knowledge & experience of education quality assurance and teaching evaluations/accreditations
- Experience in analyzing survey data and preparing structured reports
- A background in health sciences and/or previous experience with health related programmes is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate effectively with academic and administrative stakeholders
- Full Proficiency in English and very good knowledge of French is required; Good knowledge of German would be an asset.
