Agent Fund Life Cycle & Client Experience Team (M/F)
Mission:
Agents of the Fund Life Cycle & Client Experience Team support the full operational lifecycle of investment funds and contribute to client- and investor-facing service quality. They perform a combination of production activities, oversight tasks, client governance support, digitalisation work, and cross-location collaboration with India. The position requires precision, reliability, strong communication, and a proactive mindset oriented toward continuous improvement. Agents report directly to the Manager of the FLC & Client Experience Team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
BAU Production & Operational Delivery (Fund Life Cycle + Investor Services) - Fund Life Cycle responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining fund static data in internal systems (MFTA, RIS, EXP, FLC tools)
- Executing Fund Life Cycle events including new launches, share class openings, mergers, migrations, liquidations, fee setup, and calendar updates
- Ensuring daily BAU tasks are delivered on time and according to SLAs
- Detecting and escalating anomalies in static data, fee setup, or calendar configurations
Investor Services responsibilities include:
- Handling investor and client queries with professionalism and timeliness
- Managing dividends, trailer fees, investor reporting, and related controls
- Ensuring investor-related data is accurate and consistent across systems
Transversal support tasks include:
- Producing KPI files, Quality Board indicators, and operational dashboards
- Updating logs, checklists, trackers, and MS365 Lists
Oversight, Quality Control & Risk Management (Lux + India)
- Performing first- and second-level controls with up-to-date SOPs and checklists
- Validating the completeness and accuracy of India deliverables
- Reviewing KPIs, error logs, and control results to identify trends
- Participating in monthly Learning-From-Errors routines and RCA exercises
- Supporting internal/external audits with accurate documentation
Client Experience & Client Governance Support
- Supporting the production and validation of SLA KPI packs
- Maintaining SLA repositories and ensuring documentation accuracy
- Supporting Client Performance Review preparation and actions follow-up
- Contributing to Due Diligence preparation, questionnaires, and visits
- Ensuring clear, structured, client-oriented communication with stakeholders
Cross-Location Collaboration (Lux ? India)
- Participating in regular coordination calls with India
- Providing clear instructions and procedural updates
- Supporting training and onboarding of offshore colleagues
- Ensuring timely and accurate offshore contributions (KPIs, controls, reporting)
Digitalisation & Continuous Improvement (MS365, BI, Copilot)
- Using MS365 tools (Lists, SharePoint, Planner, Teams) in daily work
- Supporting Power BI dashboard validation and enhancement
- Contributing to automation pilots and simplification initiatives
- Keeping SOPs and documentation aligned with process changes
PROFIL
Operational skills
- Advanced level of French and English
- Knowledge of Transfer Agency and Fund Distribution operations
- Understanding of Fund Life Cycle processes and static data
- Proficiency in MFTA, RIS, EXP, and internal FLC tools
- Ability to prepare KPIs and operational dashboards
- Proficiency with MS365 (Excel, Lists, SharePoint)
- Basic understanding of Power BI
- Willingness to use AI/Copilot and automation tools
- Strong attention to data accuracy and consistency
