Your Responsibilities
- Ensure all payroll-related tasks, including administration, salary calculation, and timely payment of wages, social security contributions, and taxesÂ
- Manage payroll processes autonomously, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and respect of deadlinesÂ
- Handle monthly tax and social security declarations, as well as annual obligations and support during fiscal controlsÂ
- Participate in the follow-up of early retirement dossiersÂ
- Ensure the administration and payment of supplementary pension schemesÂ
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of applicable labor, social security, and tax regulationsÂ
- Support continuous improvement of HR administration and payroll processesÂ
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the personnel budgetÂ
- Provide payroll-related data for accounting closings (accruals, reconciliations, provisions, etc.)Â
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure proper audit support for HR ServicesÂ
- Participate in the customization and improvement of HRIS tools

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with solid professional experience in payroll administration in LuxembourgÂ
- Strong knowledge of payroll accounting (provisions, budgeting, cost accounting, etc.)Â
- Familiar with at least one payroll tool; experience with HR Information Systems is considered an assetÂ
- Advanced Excel skillsÂ
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); German and/or Luxembourgish is an assetÂ
- Able to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and reliabilityÂ
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlinesÂ
- Team player with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibilityÂ
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

You will be part of the HR team, a dedicated team of around 10 HR specialists. The team fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere, with a strong team spirit and supportive mindset. While we work in a dynamic and demanding environment, we place great importance on maintaining a friendly and enjoyable workplace.Our HR team is continuously involved in a variety of exciting and meaningful HR projects, offering opportunities to contribute and grow. Together, we support approximately 650 employees based at RTL City, ensuring high-quality HR services and a people-focused approach.
