For one of our clients located in Strassen, we are looking for a :

Customer service (m/f)

Your role :

- Track and manage orders from initial quotation through to final payment, ensuring a prompt and streamlined process for all clients.

- Generate orders for machine projects and handle invoicing for phased payment deliveries.

- Oversee the setup and updating of contracts, coordinating with the legal, management, and commercial departments as necessary.

-Supervise call-off orders, stock allocations, and consignment inventory.

- Establish, maintain, and distribute price lists and pricing frameworks to customers.

- Adhere to all procedures for managing discounts and rebate agreements.

- Manage customer expectations around lead times, and actively follow up on any backordered items.

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding issues such as delayed shipments, defective products, or stock inconsistencies.

- Provide customers with requested documents, including datasheets and account setup forms.

- Assist the external sales team by generating customer reports and performance scorecards.

- Refer inquiries outside the scope of this role to internal, external, or project sales teams as appropriate.

- Follow the material return (MR) process for defective, incorrect, or unsuitable items.

- Issue credit notes for returned items or pricing errors.

- Coordinate and track order fulfillment, liaising with logistics, production, and finance departments.

- Set up new accounts and send out customer credit application forms.

- Assume full responsibility for specific accounts as agreed.

- Monitor the completion of customer surveys and questionnaires.

- Provide backup support to colleagues as needed.

- Ability to solve problems

- English / French / Dutch mandatory,

- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
