We are currently looking for :
Administrative assistant in the Statistical field (M/F/D)
Your mission :
- Support with e-filing, ;
- Organisation of external meetings ;
- Administrative support for human resources, travels and financial files ;
You Professional and personal skills:
- You have a degree in the administrative field ;
- Successful experience of at least one years in a similar role (internship included) ;
- Fluency in English (at least C1) ;
- You are familiar with MS office and in one of those programs ARES, AGM, SYSPER, MIPS+ ;
- Results-oriented, respecting deadlines and commitments.
- Methodical, rigorous and discreet in the performance of your duties.
Salary :
- 26,66€ gross/hour
