Your mission :

As a Program Manager at NTX, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating complex infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:
1. SAFe Leadership:
Provide strong leadership and guidance in the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across various teams within the organization.
2. Program Oversight: Oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and are executed successfully.
3. Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals, translating them into actionable project plans.
4. Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage technical teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and alignment with project objectives.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
6. Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality assurance and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
7. Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Your profile :

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
➢SAFe Expertise: Proven experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ideally holding SAFe certifications.
➢Juniper SD Wan
➢Infrastructure Experience: Previous experience in managing infrastructure projects, including network, hardware, and software components.
➢Program Management: Strong program management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
➢Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and align technical teams accordingly.
➢Curiosity: A natural curiosity and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
➢Leadership: Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
➢Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
➢Certifications: Relevant project management or agile certifications are a plus.
