Job description
Arhis HR Solutions Tertiaire is recruiting, on behalf of one of its international clients, a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a senior executive.
Your responsibilities
As a trusted business partner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the Executive's activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a complex executive calendar, including meetings, appointments and domestic/international travel arrangements.
- Acting as the main point of contact between the Executive, internal departments and external partners.
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Drafting correspondence, reports, presentations and confidential documents.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations, dashboards and management reports.
- Managing expense reports, confidential files and administrative documentation.
- Coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Supporting internal communication initiatives and governance meetings.
- Prioritising requests and ensuring efficient follow-up of sensitive matters.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
Requirements
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Executive Assistance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or executive management.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and ideally SharePoint).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset.
Languages
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- French is considered a strong asset.
