We are currently recruiting for one of our clients a:

Marketing Officer - German speaking

Our client is a consulting firm specializing in risk management and financial engineering.

This role offers hands-on experience across the full digital marketing spectrum.

Main Responsibilities

Digital Visibility & Growth (Online Focus)
Take ownership of the company’s online presence across German and UK markets:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
• Monitor and optimize website performance using Google Analytics
• Support inbound marketing initiatives to attract and convert leads

Content & Communication
Create engaging and impactful digital content:

• Design visual assets using Canva (social media, newsletters, campaigns)
• Manage and create newsletters and email campaigns via Mailchimp
• Develop content aligned with brand positioning and target audience

Campaign Management (Digital-first)

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, content, inbound)
• Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights

Marketing Automation & CRM

• Support inbound marketing strategies and lead nurturing flows
• Maintain and engage client and partner databases

Events & Brand Support (Secondary)

• Assist in the promotion of webinars and online events
• Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

Profile

• Strong interest in digital marketing & web communication
• Technical skills: SEO, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, inbound marketing
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage projects independently

Languages (mandatory):

• Fluent in German & English (UK market focus)
• French is a strong plus

Availability: Immediate
