Description
As Tax Accountant and Reporting Specialist, your responsibilities will include :
- Manage tax accounting and reporting processes for compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and other local GAAP standards.
- Support OECD Pillar 2 compliance and ensure accurate quarterly tax reporting.
- Reconcile effective tax rates across European entities and calculate adjustments as needed (deferred tax asset/liabilities)
- Coordinate tax returns and payments with OPCOs across multiple countries.
- Work closely with global partners to ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and improve reporting accuracy.
Profile
The successful candidate for the role of Tax Accountant and Reporting Specialist is and has :
- Strong experience of about 7 years in tax accounting and reporting, with a background in Big4 and subsequent field experience.
- Proficiency in US GAAP, deferred taxes, and tax rate analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills. Any other language would be a plus.
- Highly analytical, with advanced Excel skills for tax reporting and data reconciliation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior (group) leaders.
