Manpower Luxembourg is looking for a Senior Reporting Officer (M/F/X) on behalf of one of its clients, a fast-growing company specialized in fund services and regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will join a dynamic environment and support the production and oversight of key regulatory reporting activities within the investment funds industry. This is a temporary assignment running until December 2026, with an immediate start preferred.

Your responsibilities :

Oversee the production of regulatory reporting, including BCL, CSSF and AIFMD reports.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of all reporting obligations.

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Contribute to the optimisation and automation of reporting processes and tools.

Collaborate closely with IT and Data teams to enhance reporting solutions and improve operational efficiency.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process enhancement projects.

Your profile :

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar regulatory reporting role within the investment funds industry.

Strong knowledge of BCL, CSSF and ideally AIFMD reporting.

Experience with alternative investment funds would be considered an advantage.

Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of VBA, Python and/or SQL is a plus.

Fluency in English and French.

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
