Customer Service Specialist - Bissen (M/F/X)

Your missions :

• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries and product availability.


• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.


• Analyze customer forecasts and monitor demand trends.


• Collaborate closely with Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability.


• Identify potential supply issues and proactively communicate solutions.


• Participate in regular customer meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.


• Maintain accurate records within the ERP system and customer portals.


• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and proactive communication.

Your profile :

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Administration or a similar role.


• Experience managing orders and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.


• Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.


• Fluent English is mandatory.


• French is considered an asset.


• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• Temporary assignment with a strong possibility of permanent employment.


• Full-time position based in Bissen.


• Flexible working hours (start between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m.).


• One day of remote work per week once fully autonomous.
