Compliance & Internal Controls Officer (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Support the implementation of the Best Market Practices (BMPs) Compliance Monitoring & Reporting framework
  
• Review applicable EU regulations and related internal controls
  
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by migrating BMPs and controls into the GRC tool Mega Hopex
  
• Perform internal control pilot testing activities
  
• Ensure proper follow-up and documentation of compliance and control processes
  
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders on cross-functional projects
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and control frameworks
  
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of quality in deliverables
  

Your profile:

• University degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Business Administration, Compliance, Audit, or a related field
  
• Additional academic or professional qualifications in these areas would be considered an asset
  
• Between 3 and 6 years of experience in non-financial risk, regulatory compliance, or internal control activities
  
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal control environments
  
• Experience with artificial intelligence tools would be considered an advantage
  
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus
  
• Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate
  
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
  
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and initiative
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
