Manpower Luxembourg is seeking an Operational Risk Officer to support the Operational Risk Unit of an important institutional client.
Job Description:
Participate in the migration of Operational Risk datasets to the organisation’s dedicated platform Mega Hopex, ensuring accuracy, structure and consistency.
Contribute to the development of internal processes, methodologies and manuals linked to the migration and integration of Mega Hopex.
Support the preparation of the institution’s NFR quarterly report, including data collection on key indicators (NFR (K)RIs).
Provide input for the Group-level NFR quarterly reporting, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
University degree, ideally at postgraduate level, in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operational risk.
Excellent command of English (oral and written); additional EU languages are an asset.
Required Competencies
Solid experience working with Mega Hopex in an operational risk environment.
Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to adapt quickly to new situations.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Team-oriented, disciplined and structured approach to work.
