Talent Attraction Specialist (m/f/x)
We are looking for a Talent attraction specialist to join our
Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will develop and sustain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, gaining a thorough understanding of their hiring requirements and providing strategic support to attract high‑quality candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment objectives.
- Identify, design, and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies tailored to each vacancy.
- Oversee job postings across relevant platforms, screen applications, shortlist qualified candidates, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in partnership with hiring managers.
- Ensure an optimal and professional candidate experience at every stage.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes and contribute to the development of long‑term hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including ADEM (Luxembourg’s public employment service), universities, and other relevant institutions.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events.
- Handle associated administrative tasks to ensure smooth and compliant recruitment operations.
Minimum required criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in full life‑cycle recruitment.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability to design and implement sourcing strategies for a wide range of roles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience working with applicant‑tracking systems.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
