For our department Airline Quality & Compliance within LuxairAirlines, we are looking for a (an):
Internship Airline Quality & Compliance Team
- Assist with
designing, improving and controlling internal processes;
- Liaise with
various departments of the company;
- Help with
measuring internal processes for effectiveness;
- Assist with
identifying problems in internal processes and provide recommendations and
training;
- Automate
regulatory compliance monitoring using programming languages;
- Support the
development of strategies to improve efficiency;
- Draw
statistical analysis and recommend corrective actions;
- Assist with
designing process controls and building database;
- Help
innovate and improve the compliance monitoring system.
Minimum required criteria:
- Be enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent;
- Demonstrate superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;
- Be knowledgeable in statistical analysis;
- Have high skills in process automation and programming languages;
- Be proficient at MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Show excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken);
- Have strong organizational and planning skills;
- Be accurate and detail-oriented;
- Show a strong sense of responsibility;
- Be able to maintain the confidentiality of data.
