Chef de Boulangerie (m/f/x)
Missions :
Main duties
- Support and act as backup of Bakery Responsible and ensure day-to-day operations by taking operational decisions
- Act as a baker/pastry in daily production by ensuring product conformity, on time production
- Provide guidance and support to the team. Assigning tasks and ensure that the team works efficiently to meet operational goals
- Enforce strict compliance with applicable food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
- Monitor stock level and order raw materials to ensure production continuity and participate to stock inventor
- Participate actively to create new recipesÂ
- Contribute
to continuous improvement
Profil requis:
Minimum
required criteria
- Hold
a professional diploma in Bakery/Pastry or have equivalent experience
- Proven experience in bakery and pastry
is essential
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong leadership and team management
skills
- Good communications skills and teamwork
- Be
autonomous and organize, proactive and flexible
Desired
or to be acquired criteria
- Refer to the training table
- Creativity
to develop new recipes and products
The ideal candidate
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish,
German or any other language is considered as asset.
