Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting a Security Trainer.
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Developing, implementing, and continuously improving the aviation security training program.
Developing and delivering initial and recurrent training for personnel working in the security field.
Developing and delivering Airport Security Awareness Training Program (SATP) sessions.
Ensuring the implementation and follow-up of corrective action plans based on Security Compliance team reports.
Monitoring the certification program for security agents and managing certification renewals.
Delivering practical and operational training to ensure the proper application of security procedures and the maintenance of field competencies.
Collaborating closely with Security Supervisors to ensure consistency between training, operational practices, and regulatory requirements.
*Your other missions
Participating in the integration of new employees.
Participating in waste sorting and energy-saving initiatives by adopting a responsible attitude.
The required profile
Studies / training
High school diploma or relevant experience in a similar position

Experience
1 year’s successful experience in airport security
Experience in the training field is an advantage
Skills and knowledge required
*Languages
Mandatory:
French: fluent spoken and written
English: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)
*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
