Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Organize, coordinate, and supervise security agent teams to ensure the effective execution of assigned tasks.
Ensure that all agents comply with security instructions, procedures, and internal regulations.
Motivate and unite teams around security objectives, while ensuring a harmonious working environment.
Be able to convey clear instructions, relay important information, and establish effective communication between the various parties involved.
Identify and resolve tensions or misunderstandings between agents. Be able to act impartially and professionally.
Identify and manage disciplinary issues within your team. Inform management and write detailed reports as necessary.
Identify and resolve security incidents, ensuring that management and, where appropriate, the Grand Ducal Police are alerted.
Write detailed reports on security incidents.
Ensure the proper functioning of the facilities and equipment used for security missions.
Ensure compliance with the work plan of agents and service providers, and inform management in the event of any anomalies.
Work with the SPOC (Security Planning and Operations Coordinator) to cover for unexpected absences among operational staff.
Adjust schedules during the month according to operational needs, in collaboration with the SPOC.
Work with trainers to ensure ongoing training and on-the-job training for security agents.
Process and approve agents' leave requests.

Participating in the integration of new employees
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
9th year of schooling in Luxembourg or equivalent
Airport security qualifications required in accordance with European and national legislation

Experience
Proven experience in a similar role or proven experience as an airport security officer

Skills and knowledge required

Mandatory:
French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
English: operational level spoken (B1 minimum)

Valid permanent B driving licence

Work is carried out in shifts (Work Organization Plan), including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, seven days a week (see CCT).
