Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an IT Application Support Specialist.
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting business systems and applications
Managing projects and proposing application solutions
Implementing business applications right through to commissioning
Providing level 2 and/or 3 support for all application systems
Assisting the support team in resolving application-related incidents
Writing technical procedures and user guides
Training the support team in business applications
Providing statistical resources
Analysing and developing software in collaboration with the various players in the process (drafting specifications with the requester(s), development, integration, etc.)Â
Administering databases
Adapting databases according to requirements and technical developments
Guaranteeing data availability by maintaining the performance of application or database systems
Participating in the integration of new employees
Supporting the network and security & systems engineering teamsÂ
*Your other missions
Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
Participating in the integration of new employeesÂ
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Â
Studies / training
Postgraduate degree (Engineer or Master) in IT or equivalent experience in a similar role

Experience
4 years of experience in a similar role

Microsoft Office suite

French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
English: fluent spoken and written (B2 minimum)
