Your responsibilities


*Your daily tasks

  • Being the first point of contact on the ground at lux-Airport for daily operations

  • Carry out Airside inspections to identify risks, take the necessary initial actions or decide to escalate a situation

  • Supervising the airport's Airside activities to ensure compliance and safety in their execution

  • Assist Airside partners in operations and ensure coordination in case of specific circumstances (emergency, winter conditions...)

  • In case of a problem or emergency, coordinate with any Airside actor to ensure the efficiency and safety of Airside operations 

  • Controlling compliance with the pre-requisites for carrying out work, taking the necessary action in the event of non-compliance and ensuring that operations on the fringes of the work can be carried out in compliance with safety standards

  • Ensuring the implementation and improvement of procedures and instructions related to Airside activities

  • Participating in the coordination of the various internal and external parties involved in the execution of operations

  • Coordinating winter-related interventions with the LACC, monitor the progress of the Winter Ops teams and provide feedback on the effectiveness of their intervention

The required profile

Studies / training

Bachelor or equivalent experience

Experience

First experience in an operational airport environment required

Mandatory:

Microsoft Office suite


*Languages

Mandatory:

  • French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

  • English: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum) > Level 4 according to the applicable ICAO regulations (ICAO Language Proficiency Descriptors)


*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job

  • Stress resistant

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Forward-looking and proactive

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

  • Valid permanent B driving licence
