Financial Controller 20 hours/week

Your Responsabilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance variances.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Provide managers with relevant financial insights to support decision-making.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

Good knowledge of Odoo ERP and its financial management modules.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in controlling, management accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in data analysis.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
