This newly created role based in Luxembourg city will give you the opportunity to work directly with the European distribution sales executives of this successful global asset manager.  


You will play a key role, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities, client servicing in cooperation with the client service team based in HQ (outside of Europe), compliance, and internal coordination to drive business growth across all European markets and covered client segments.

Your Responsibilities


  • Support the European sales team based in Luxembourg acting as the liaison person between the headquarters of this asset manager and the European hub based in Luxembourg.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the sales executives: prepare presentations, marketing support and other required material required for client events, webinars and roadshows.
  • Manage together with the headquarter invitations, registrations, material preparation and follow up.
  • Support investor relations activities, including coordination of investment reviews, dissemination of investment commentaries, investor notices, and corporate action communications to ensure clients are well-informed and regulatory obligations are fulfilled.
  • Work closely with the various internal and external stakeholders to deliver prompt and accurate responses to client requests and support efficient sales execution.
  • Handle client queries professionally, escalating complex matters to internal stakeholders when required.
  • Actively support RFPs in cooperation with the headquarters and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client record, meeting notes, contact details and activity logs in the CRM system.
  • Assist in tracking sales campaigns, initiatives, and follow-through on client and internal action items.

Your Profile 


  • A degree in finance, economics or marketing completed with a first successful experience in asset management.
  • Proactive, client oriented, team player who can also work independently, hands on, showing entrepreneurship, flexibility, rigor and good organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication in English.
  • Open to travel.
