Production Planner
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Production Planner to support and optimize manufacturing operations within a dynamic industrial environment. This role is key to ensuring smooth production flow, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on capacity, priorities, and resource availability
- Monitor daily shop floor activities and proactively adjust plans to address deviations or bottlenecks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean principles and standardizing processes
- Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data
- Contribute to the optimization of workflows and overall operational performance
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Civil), Supply Chain, Logistics, Data/Business Analytics, or Computer Science
- Around 5+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment
- Strong interest in modern production systems and planning tools
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and process optimization is considered a plus
- Structured, analytical mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to understand operational challenges and drive improvements
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or German is an asset
