Kepler Search is currently supporting a reputable financial institution in Luxembourg who are hiring for an Operational Support Manager. The role will be to work as a external consultant on an assignment to support banking and investment operations.

Key responsibilities:
- Work with operational management teams to support business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives across multiple operational teams.
- Deliver management reporting and performance analysis to support decision-making.
- Lead data management and data quality initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, controls and efficiency.
- Support regulatory, compliance and governance reporting.

Required skills:
- Over 5 years’ experience within asset servicing, securities services, custody or related field.
- Strong understanding of investment funds and securities processing.
- Experience delivering operational improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in French and English.
