Business Analyst – Financial Innovation & Customer Engagement

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a team of Subject Matter Experts working on financial innovation topics including digital assets, embedded finance, RegTech, and FinTech solutions.

The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting analysis activities, structuring information, preparing business cases, and interacting with customers and partners. The position acts as a bridge between subject experts, technology teams, and external stakeholders, helping translate complex concepts into clear insights and actionable initiatives.

This role is part of a small and dynamic team focused on innovative financial services and emerging business models across the European market.

Key Responsibilities

Support to Subject Matter Experts

• Assist Subject Matter Experts in analyzing financial innovation topics, technologies, and emerging business models.
• Support the preparation of research, analysis, and documentation related to financial services innovation.
• Help structure and document European business cases, market developments, and partnership models.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge platform documenting financial innovation initiatives.

Business Analysis & Project Support

• Conduct business analysis related to financial services innovation projects.
• Assist in the preparation of business cases, concept notes, and strategic analyses.
• Structure information and insights to support decision-making and project development.
• Support the evaluation of FinTech, RegTech, and ecosystem partnership opportunities.

Customer & Partner Interaction

• Act as a point of contact for customers and partners, supporting communication and information exchange.
• Assist in preparing presentations, workshops, and discussions with customers.
• Gather and analyze customer needs and feedback related to financial innovation initiatives.

Market & Ecosystem Analysis

• Monitor developments in the European financial services innovation ecosystem.
• Support analysis of emerging business models, market trends, and technology developments.
• Contribute to research on financial innovation and ecosystem partnerships.

Working Environment

• Work within a small, agile, and highly collaborative team.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, technology specialists, and external partners.
• Participate in initiatives exploring innovative financial services and new business models.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of professional experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role.
• Experience within:
• financial institutions,
• consulting firms,
• FinTech companies, or
• innovation teams in financial services.
