Our client is a Super Management Company (UCITS and AIFM), created in 2015. They are offering a fixed-term position as a middle officer in their offices in Luxembourg city. The aim is to support the team in place for an initial period of 5 months, even if the aim is to transform the position on a permanent contract.
The candidate provides support to the Conducting Officers on their different tasks. The candidate supervises the work of delegates (including due diligences). He reviews and produces KPI's / reporting files. He works on the process's development and enhancement. He works on projects / presentations. He is in charge of ESG tasks / reports. He is involved in Portfolio / Valuation tasks. He does administrative tasks (filings at the RCSL/UBO register/CSSF/Fundsquare).
The candidate has a university degree or equivalent. He has some experience in the Funds Industry. He has a good understanding of the Investment Fund Industry (UCITS and AIF). He has strong analytical and some technical skills. He is organized, flexible, committed, reliable, able to manage several tasks and focused on delivering quality. He is fluent in English (French and Spanish are considered as a strong asset). He is open-minded and eager to develop. He can use Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
