We are currently supporting a leading international financial institution in Luxembourg in their search for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join their team on an urgent temporary assignment.
Please note: this role is open to freelancers only, for a 3-month assignment on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of identity and access management processes at a local level and ensure their proper execution in line with internal policies. Your main tasks will include:
- Taking full ownership of local IAM/IDAM processes and ensuring their effective execution
- Ensuring that internal control frameworks are properly applied, including key principles such as segregation of duties (SoD) and the four-eyes principle
- Handling and monitoring user access requests efficiently, as well as supporting access review and recertification processes, including timely revocation where required
- Acting as a key point of contact and collaborating closely with local and global stakeholders, particularly IT Application Owners and Information Security representatives, on all topics related to identity and access
- Coordinating activities aligned with ITIL practices, including incident management, problem resolution, and change processes
Your profile
- Solid experience in identity and access administration, such as Active Directory or user management within applications
- Familiarity with ticketing tools, ideally ServiceNow, is considered an advantage
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills and prioritisation capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a clear sense of urgency and attention to deadlines
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment and prior experience within the financial services industry would be a plus
Education & languages
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT or a related field, and/or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
