As a Marketing Project Manager – Digital Focus, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the communication strategy to strengthen GRIDX’s image and the visibility of its intra-group brands.
Your main RESPONSIBILITIES will include:
Marketing project management:
Implementing and monitoring the brand communication plan: timelines, campaign plans, statistical reports
Planning, creating, and writing multi-channel content: publications (magazines, brochures), campaigns, digital content, videos, social media
Setting up and managing marketing actions to increase visitor numbers and loyalty: e-mailing, customer journey, loyalty program, etc.
Supporting the center’s operational marketing through the creation of visuals, communication materials, and content writing (print and digital)
Conducting competitive monitoring, tracking trends, and seasonality related to the center’s activities
Digital focus:
Updating the website and various online platforms
Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging visual content (photos, videos, stories, posts) to encourage community interaction and increase visibility and engagement
Managing collaborations with influencers for impactful campaigns
Monitoring paid campaigns with the digital marketing agency
PROFILE, skills, and required qualifications:
Education and software proficiency:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in communication and marketing
Strong command of content creation tools: Canva, Cap Cut, and others
Knowledge of social media and management tools: Hootsuite, Agorapulse, or equivalents
Experience in project management, planning, and marketing coordination required
Skills:
Languages required: French AND English, both spoken and written
Ability to produce high-quality written content in both languages (articles, posts, newsletters)
Personal qualities:
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creativity, “outside the box” thinking, rigor, and organizational skills
Autonomy, initiative, commitment, and self-learning ability
Flexibility (availability in evenings and/or weekends to cover certain events)
The start date is expected from March 2026.
