We currently manage and operate several buildings throughout Luxembourg, from the north to the south of the country. Our ambition is to take this business further by expanding our activities, modernising our operations, and positioning ourselves as a key player in the energy transition.
To support this ambition, we are looking for a Property Manager reporting directly to senior management, who will oversee the technical and operational management of a property, lead the on-site team, and ensure consistently high standards of service. You will also contribute to optimising operations, coordinating improvement projects, and developing our property management business.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure the effective operation of the property, including maintenance, upkeep, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
Manage external service providers, including tendering processes, contracts, and quality control of services delivered.
Act as the main point of contact for occupants regarding all matters related to the operation of the property.
Prepare and monitor the operating budget, optimise expenditure, manage service charges, and oversee their annual reconciliation.
Coordinate works and improvement projects while preserving the property and ensuring business continuity.
Lead and motivate the on-site team, set priorities, and monitor objectives.
Provide regular reports to senior management and the property owner.
Contribute to the growth of the property management business by developing relationships with new clients.
Your Profile
Higher education qualification in real estate, management, or a technical field (building services, engineering).
At least 10 years of experience in property management or facility management. Experience in the retail sector would be an advantage.
Proven experience in team management and overseeing external service providers.
Good technical knowledge of buildings, including HVAC, electrical systems, and fire safety.
Strong skills in budget management and service charge administration.
Fluent in French and English; German and Luxembourgish would be an advantage.
Self-motivated, organised, proactive, service-oriented, and hands-on.
