In a few words

Global Facilities is a Luxembourg company founded in 2001. We provide our clients with premium services in three sectors: audits and consulting, technical buildings management and services (reception, administrative assistance, etc.). Global Facilities thus ensures a comprehensive range of services for buildings, so that our clients can focus on their core business.

In line with our motto “one-stop-shop”, Global Facilities provides coordinated and centralised services. When it comes to audits and consulting, our clients benefit from the service of experts in energy management, security and safety, cleaning services, green spaces, and waste management. These services range from planning to optimising various sectors.

Global Facilities also provides full facility management technical services. These services include the maintenance and control of technical installations via the GlobalTrace application. This app, which was developed in-house and awarded the “Made in Luxembourg” label, allows us to fully document and monitor the operating conditions of the systems.

Global Facilities promises to deliver its administrative services with an exceptional level of quality. Additionally, we have a hospitality charter, which guarantees that our reception team meets strict standards, such as multilingualism, professionalism, and 100% availability.
