To be able to best serve its clients, GH interim has opened two agencies in Luxembourg (Wiltz and Luxembourg). GH interim works with candidates from Germany, Belgium, France and of course Luxembourg.
We are looking for : Maintenance (Shift) Team Leader (F/M/X) for a company based in Grevenmacher.
Role:
• Coordinating and managing the daily mechanical/electrical maintenance and repair of production equipment within a shift to ensure or increase the constant technical availability of the lines • Monitor safe work behaviors for all team members, monitor unsafe working conditions or behavior to Plant leadership as needed, respect of existing rules. • Appropriate distribution of tasks among the available workforce of maintenance staff based on the daily production plan • Error analysis and correction • Identification and implementation of improvements and procedure updates of machines, tools, equipment and processes • Acting as interface between maintenance team and the production line • Preparation of workstation training for (new) team members • Information of team about daily targets, any current issues and quality alerts in line with daily action process guidelines • Performing effective handovers from one shift to the next
PERMANENT POSITION
Profile
• Degree in Electrical / Electrotechnical / Mechanical field • High experience in Mechanics (pneumatics and hydraulics) and/or e-plan processing and/or knowledge of switching capability 20kV, holds relevant legal certification. • Additional training for managing people • Basic knowledge of PLC, PC and robot programming • Basic knowledge of MS-Office • Good knowledge of basic problem solving and CI tools • Working knowledge of relevant HSE and workplace safety requirements and relevant certifications to ensure compliance • Good knowledge of applicable quality systems including customer specific requirements, significant/critical characteristics (SC/CC) and product safety • Fluent in English, French and/or German
