Intellectual Property Attorney

For one of our clients, we are looking for an Intellectual Property Attorney.

Functions:

• Manage the filing and registration procedures for trademarks and designs at the Benelux, European Union, and global levels;
• Participate in opposition, cancellation procedures, and conflicts managed and/or coordinated by our client;
• Assist clients with trademarks, designs, domain names, patents, valuations, and contracts related to industrial property.

Profile:

• You have studied law;
• You hold a qualification in Trademarks and Designs;
• You have over 5 years of experience in intellectual property law within a law firm;
• You are fluent in English, German, and French, both spoken and written;
• You have a proactive mindset and wish to work in a team-oriented environment that is positive and constructive.
