FUNCTIONAL ANALYST / TESTER

Mission :

We are looking for a flexible analyst with a strong grasp of methodology who also has experience in testing. The role centres on two projects with slightly different requirements:

• Waterfall analysis (i.e. SRA) and testing for a first project on CBPR+
  
• Agile analysis (i.e. SRA and US) and testing for another project focusing on fund distribution and the client UI
  

Description :

The Systems Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing and testing multiple systems and base technologies to deliver solutions that achieve desired functionality, scalability and performance.

• Study the impact of changes in the Investment Funds Services IT landscape
  
• Provide analysis within set deadlines and budget for 2 projects, analysing existing services and designing future features
  
• Find, elicit, and write business and functional requirements
  
• Present results to both Business and IT teams (development and architecture)
  
• Design and develop test cases based on functional specifications, user stories or system requirements
  
• Participate in functional and regression testing activities
  
• Work closely with development teams to analyze, debug and resolve issues
  
• Design, develop and maintain regression test suites
  

Professional Experience :

• Master degree (or equivalent) in a computer based discipline or in a business school
  
• 3-5 years experience in business and functional analysis
  
• Excellent analytical skills
  
• Strong knowledge of requirements in engineering and modelling tools
  
• Strong knowledge of test lifecycles and proven experience in test execution
  
• Strong business knowledge of fund distribution
  
• Strong business and functional knowledge of Swift and CBPR+ MX transition
  
• Ability to meet challenging project deadlines and deliver in a fast moving and change oriented environment
  
• Good team player with excellent communications skills
  
• Fluency in English is mandatory. French and/or German are an asset
  

Technical Skills :

• UML knowledge is required
  
• Agile knowledge is a plus
  
• Jira Dashboard is a plus
  
• Business Analyst certification is a plus
  
• Test certification is a plus
