BDO in Luxembourg is looking for a Senior Advisor in Liquidation Services !

What will you do?

• Actively oversee entities in voluntary liquidation (mainly investment funds and holding structures).

• Coordinate the liquidation process from start to finish, including accounting, tax, legal and operational aspects.

• Handle day-to-day aspects of the liquidating entities: payment approvals, cash reconciliations, preparation of liquidation accounts, liquidator’s reports, etc.

• Liaise with various stakeholders (shareholders, administrators, custodians, auditors, notaries, authorities).

• Contribute to business growth, knowledge sharing within the team and support the development of best practices.

• Be part of a dynamic, multicultural team where collaboration and continuous learning are valued.

This offer is for you if:

• You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

• You have minimum 3 years of professional experience in liquidation, fund administration, audit, accounting, or a similar area;

• You demonstrate solid understanding of accounting principles and/or liquidation processes;

• You are curious, solution oriented, pay attention to detail, proactive, and can manage several tasks under tight deadlines;

• You enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team;

• You have strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders;

• You are fluent in English; French and/or German are considered as assets;
