What will you do?
We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Manager to join and help grow our Financial Services Regulatory Advisory practice in Luxembourg.
You will lead regulatory, governance, compliance and transformation projects for asset managers, AIFMs, management companies and financial-sector service providers. The role combines project delivery, client relationship management, team leadership and business development.
- Lead regulatory assessments, remediation and implementation projects
- Advise clients on regulatory change, governance, compliance and operating model matters
- Manage project teams, timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Review policies, procedures, governance frameworks and client reports
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Identify client needs and contribute to proposals and business development
- Coach and develop junior team members
- Contribute to thought leadership, market initiatives and the development of team methodologies
This position is for you if:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory advisory, compliance, asset management, audit or legal advisory
- Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg investment fund and asset management sector (i.e. financial sector laws, regulatory circulars and regulations, market practice, operating models etc.)
- Experience managing projects, teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, drafting and presentation skills
- Commercial mindset and interest in developing client relationships
- Structured, pragmatic and able to manage several priorities
- Fluent English; French and/or German are a strong advantage
- Interest in digital tools and AI-enabled ways of working
