Your next challenge:
- Execute client transactions in accordance with execution policies
- Monitor order execution
- Ensure risk management for each transaction
- Work closely with colleagues,
- Being flexible
- Elaborate, monitor and document procedures
- Share with Management; RMs and internal Clients
- Manage execution flows at Group level
- Think out of the box. Share ideas with colleagues and the management to improve internal process
- Be a player in the team's evolution (T24, technology trend…)
- Lead studies and ensure the continuity by managing the subsequent implementation of execution solutions, platforms and processes. Ensure coordination of all stakeholders
- Ensure the definition, coordination and implementation of the required change management plan to ensure that the project's deliverables are well integrated in the existing environment
- Ensure constant monitoring and reporting on projects progress to the management and the relevant project Governance Body
Your skills:
- Financial Products
- Finance / Economics
- Master
- EN, FR, any other languages are welcomed
- Bloomberg; T24; ULLINK; Fund Management Platform; MS Office
- Market Functioning
- Knowledge of Orders Management
- Detailed knowledge of financial products
- Project Management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Banking Sector or Asset Management
- Strong team spirit
- Concise & Disciplined
- Sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Able to switch quickly from one topic to another
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
